I've been reading the book "The Courage to be a Single Mother" and in it the author went to a divorce support group and met other women in the same situation. I've tried to look online in my town trying to find a support group with no luck. Where to you look to find a support group? I don't belong to a church. Thanks.

I don't belong to a church either, but you may want to check into divorcecare.

Look for a general women's center. We have one in my town and they have TONS of divorce support programs, including a divorce support group.

Also, you do not need to belong to a church to do DivorceCare. It is offered through churches, but you can just register and go. Most such churches don't require you to be a member (heck, I am catholic and I went to a DC session at a Baptist church).

How is the book, btw?

Need to read on that theme -- read lots about the kids already.
