Your EX can't sue anyone for your personal relationships. No credible lawyer would entertain his "law suit" and if one did the judge would laugh it out of court. (Imagine how many court cases there would be if every divorced person tried to sue for their EX moving on with their life?)
Also, once the divorce is final, i.e. both parties agreed to the terms and it was signed by the judge, you can't go back and change it. Even if he suspected you were having an extramarital affair before the divorce, now is not the time to bring it up. It's simply too late.
I would suggest you re-read the custody and visitation arrangements for your daughter. You don't say how old she is so I can't make any suggestions for how to respond to his manipulation. Get advice from your divorce attorney if you have any concerns about your EX's ability to alter the custody/visitation arrangements.
Divorce is a difficult, messy, and painful process to survive.
