Have you ever been to a therapist to find out why you aren't interested in sex?

Hi Dajeha,

Although you are blaming the lack of sex on the end of this marriage, I think there are alot of other issues going on here.

Dawn,

I can't believe there is anywhere in the US where you could buy an actual house for $50,000.

If you can afford the house now is the time to buy. Interest rates are still low and housing prices are low. It is a buyers market. I wouldn't let the economy, even in Michigan, stop you if you have a stable income and are sure you can afford the house payments.

What is keeping you from buying? The thought of the homeowner responsibilities or reluctance to leave your marriage? If you don't really want to end your marriage, maybe it's not the right time. That has nothing to do with the economy though.

It is the thought of leaving my marriage.
