I think the important thing is to be nice to yourself, and spoil yourself a bit. If you're too depressed to go out or accomplish things then don't. Maybe you just need to watch tv in your bathrobe and take long hot soaking baths. Think of this as "me" time and do what ever you need to do to heal, even if that means nothing! And try not to feel guilty about it. This is huge and you need time to adjust.
I agree with everyone else. Take some time for you. If you don't want to do anything then don't. My first weekend without my little one I went to my parents I just couldn't be alone. So I cried on there couch and ate comfort food. I just needed someone there but didn't want to do anything. You'll get through it and it will get easier and maybe you'll find something new and nice to do for you!
