I understand what you are saying!

For me, though, walking is just so feasible and I really do like walking. It was the only form of exercise I could do when my mother was at the hospital (the hospital is an ancient one, so it's sprawling). I couldn't imagine listening to music on my iPod and practising my belly dance moves at the hospital rofl rofl rofl... The surgical residents already thought I was strange, didn't need to push it ;-)

I like walking, but if I don't have a purpose (a destination, usually), I feel as though I'm wasting time that could be spent more productively on other things.


I wouldn't mind walking to work (it's less than a mile to this job), but DH strenuously objected the couple of times I've done it...I dunno what he thinks is gonna happen
