What to wear?

Ok, ladies, step right into my closet, I need help getting dressed for a date tomorrow.
Here's the background:
Met the guy a couple of months ago. Had one lunch, one movie and one coffee date with him (in that order). Right after the first one he asked if I thought there's a potential for romance between us, and I said one lunch date wasn't enough for me to say for sure. He told me he did find me attractive, and we do have many things in common. So he said he's willing to be patient to give me time to figure it out.
Anyway, he invited me to his house for a cookout tomorrow. It's just the two of us - he asked if I'd be ok with that, and I said yes. He's making smoked things - salmon, meats etc. I'm going over there around 7 pm (apparently it takes a while to smoke things properly). And I can't decide what to wear. I want it to be casual and not too sexy, since he really doesn't need any seducing, but at least somewhat dressy since it is a special occasion. I do prefer pants to skirts, but I look good in both. So I can't decide! Help! : )

Thanks,

I would say something very feminine is the way to go. A cute skirt and top would be my choice, something that shows off your curves. You don't want to look like you're going to the bar, so nothing too low cut or too short.
You said how he feels about you, but there's no mention how you feel about him. If you're not interested romantically with this guy, maybe you should let him know. And if that is the case, then wear something neutral- a comfortable pair of pants and a tshirt. You don't want to send the wrong message if you are NOT interested.
Good luck

I would go with the capris or some nice dress shorts if it's hot and a tank top or a sleeveless blouse.
I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!
