Single again.......

I couldn't take it anymore! This guy had wayyyyyyyy to many problems. So negative and he actually had this woman (who is married with children) cook for him everyday and wash his clothes and clean his house (FOR NO MONEY) and he not only starting whining about it not being clean properly or the food, but he was still always stressed about what a hectic life he led, even though he doesn't do anything outside of a 25 hour school week (teaching music).
It was more than I could stand when I think I wake up at 5am every morning, have a 1,5 hr commute to work everyday. Full work day and then a 1,5-2hr commute home again. Grocery shop, cook, put the girls to bed and NO SOCIAL LIFE; not even TV because I am so exhausted by the time I hit the pillow. It drove me mad! Absolutely loonies! So I finally told him I needed him to let me go and leave me alone. I told him he wasn't the man of my dreams, he isn't the love of my life and I need a man who is stronger in a relationship. Do you think he got the message? NO! He said he wanted us to TRY AGAIN! This time, no way! I am glad he doesn't live in my neighborhood! UGH!
How is everyone else?
My girls are fine. Alex is doing great in school. Finishing up her year in 4th grade with A's and B's. I'm very proud of her. Nina went to her Grandparents house today in Bavaria and is looking forward to seeing the horses. She is soooo adorable. I just love this age.
Actually both are. Alex is so concerned about hygiene and looking gorgeous, talking about boys. Nina just loves the mud and her mix up of words is just super. All I want to do is concentrate on those two. I wanted that before I met this guy. I was glad to just have them, but I thought be seemed very nice and a date or two wouldn't hurt. Unfortunately,I seem to have hurt him, but he'll get over it.
I'm looking for a new job. Ready to move closer to Nina's Grandparents because it will help me and my mom alot because my Mom is getting older and they don't have a day care system here in Germany. It's still pretty backwards when it comes to child rearing here. They don't believe women should work, but rather on a social system until their children are the age of 12. It's awful; especially for single mom's like myself who aren't into welfare. So, starting the whole job search, but I am very positive. I have never been turned down for any job, so I guess you could say I know what I can offer and I'm pretty darn arrogant.

Big hugs to all! Hope all is well,

So sorry to hear this news.
They make life hard for all women everywhere. On one hand we should work, on the other hand we should be raising our kids. They don't know what they want. Hey, if I found a guy that would let me stay home and raise my kids, I would, but they aren't to keen about being the bread winners all the time and I can understand that. ;)
Alex isn't so much into boys, but she has this really cute boy friend who sits next to her and she has been faithfully in love with this guy for 2yrs now and he doesn't know it. Next year things will all be different again.
