Well, I'm no longer late. Aunt Flo showed up this morning when I woke up and I have to say, I'm relieved. I never thought I would be, but after being 17 days late and proven not pregnant, I'm glad I have nothing to worry about. I do have an appointment anyway for the 26th, which i will keep just to make sure everything is still in working order so there are no surprises on my part.

I appreciate everyone's support when I was wondering and the support that I got when I found out I wasn't expecting. I'm good though. When I'm supposed to have a second baby, I will. Until then, I'm just fine!

Thanks, and HUGS!!!

We did have a blast. I took him back yesterday. I was supposed to have him until Tuesday, but got two extra days because Scott and his wife were moving back into our old house and had some work left to do.

We took D to Ft. Worth to Shane's rich aunt and uncle's house and we swam and he took a lesson from their youngest dd to learn some basics. He did well. We had a rib cook-off and we judged "Survivor" style and Uncle Pat won by a point. His challenger's ribs were more tender, but his had the better flavor.

We played golf and we bought D his very first club. It's soooo tiny!

As for the normality of being 17 days late, I think it had to do with me going off the pill. Maybe my body was adjusting to that. It never happened before like that, but I guess it's possible to react a different way even if it's the same pill and everything. Anyway, I am keeping my appointment so I can just see if I'm alright. I want to make sure my body is ready for another child and that I won't have any problems. Of course you can't really predict that 100%, but it helps to have the okay from the doc anyway.

Thanks for asking about D. He had a wonderful time. We already miss him!

Sounds like you are all doing wonderful. I love your term, "Aunt Flo" - that is very funny.

So, these messages mean you are trying for a new little bundle of joy? Keep us posted!!

Yeah, we're trying. Shane and I were on our honeymoon in Kauai in May and I was watching him while this little girl (no more than 1, I can guess) was walking around the pool area. He was grinning from ear to ear at how cute she was. Anyway, I asked him if he wanted one and he said he did and we should try immediately. So I took my last pill that day and we are now in the process of trying for one it. I have my 5 year old DS from marriage #1 and now on marriage #2, (and final marriage) we're gonna go for baby #2.
