That's so cool that his DD values your opinions, and wants your advice! I bet that she will see you as a great friend and confidant as you grow closer. That is awesome!

It would mean a lot to me, too.

I have a relationship with BE's daughters also but they are in different towns so not as close as we could be. The older one (went to Italy with) is reserved and very close to her mom (BE's ex who refers to me as the Next Skirt in the Wind) but she- the eldest daughter- is very kind to me. She really opened up tp me in Italy and that was nice!

The younger daughter is the one with two kids already. She is a party type girl and when we get together she does at least like me. She was very skeptcal of me at first, believing I was just another "phase" of BEs. Her best bud is Broom Hilda so there is that issue but all in all we get along. She is planning on moving to Las Vegas in a month so I have offered to help her and her family to move.

I think that finally after over a year of dating I am beginning to seem more "real" to them both! The eldest has her mom which is great- the younger one has no relationship with her mom and so I sometimes find her sort of looking for my approval of her. They are both great girls- beautiful and independant!

Your girls and SEVS are blending very well and that makes things so nice, doesn't it? I am sure that his DD25 knows that you don't want or need to be "mom"..but still a close friend!! I think that's great :o)

I agree PacSun and to watch moon's story unfold with SEV is like watching a beautiful rug being made by hand - line by line - and oh so pretty!!

As you said, I'm sure you will become closer as your relationships with them develop.
