Well guys are famous for pulling away after a period of intimacy.

my advice? Leave him alone. He sounds like someone has taught him being passive aggressive gets good results. he has you in a twit and you only feed into it if you call and act like you want things to be smooth and whats up and are you ok, etc. I have btdt and only ended up heartbroken so I guess I could be jaded but my advice is to let him stew and figure his own self out.
For the record, with SYB sometimes he stews but knows he is being ridiculous and he doesnt want to talk about it. He will actually say though " I am in a twist over nothing at all. Its totally me" and take his space. Then later he will tell me what was going on in his head which he was able to work out as being insecurities or unreasonable expectations or whatever. He works it out on his own and I have learned to let that happen and not push. The only problem I guess would be if the guy cant figure it out on his own and places the blame on you instead but doesnt talk about it....
HUGS> I remember feeling exactly how you feel. Sounds like he thought you were talking to some other guy on the phone to me. He needs to get past that immediate assumption when you arent available!

I would agree with you but Builder has a history of acting jealous and getting stuck in it....thats why I think she should just leave it alone. I think his taking a break from their normal routine is purposeful because he felt put out last night for no reason and I think from what she wrote that he jumps to the jealousy thing which could really be hurtful to them. JMHO...
