My lover loves to take me in the anus & I enjoy it also, however the next day I am so sore it is difficult to sit down. We use lube, he enters slowly but does get a bit rough when he becomes excite. At the time I do not mind a bit of pain, in fact I am liking it, but the next day Ouch! I was told by a friend that I should get a remote control butt plug to wear all day allowing my anus to get use to having a object vibrating inside it. I am asking for any experience in this matter. I do not want to get too stretched out. He is the only one I've done this with. I am married but my husband (open marriage)has never asked for this. Please advise.
P.S. His penis is thick, over 6" in circumference.

You will just have to take it really slowly until your anus can take it a bit rougher with no pain. Even if it feels good at the time, you should tell him to stop if there is pain because you can seriously damage your anus. Make sure you spend lots of time working your anus in beforehand, with plugs, fingers etc,and lots of lube. I don't think wearing a butt plug all day would do much except be uncomfortable. He's going to have to learn to take it slow until you don't feel pain. Don't worry, it will loosen up and you'll soon be able to take it a bit rougher as long as you start out slow.

Your anus will never get "too stretched out". It's a very stretchy muscle, trust me.

If he's that thick, you need to take it very, very slow.

The others are exactly right in telling you that this can lead to serious problems. A 6"+ circumference translates to 2" in diameter and the normal anus is just about maxed out at 1 1/2". 1 3/4" will be painful for most people and 2" in diameter will cause damage if not extremely careful. The problem is not with the sphincter opening up enough, it is simply that the skin tissue of the anus is being stretched beyond its limits.

This tissue is not designed to stretch like the tissue of the vagina. In order for you to accomodate your BF safely, you will need to slowly stretch the tissues over the course of weeks or even months by using dildos at the very edge of your comfort range in diameter.

If you really are using enough lubrication, then I think Jazz is right and you might have an anal fissure. I would ask a doctor to examine you.

Yikes, but good tips on those links!

Anal sex is usually on the "menu" for me about once a month, give or take. Usually, we do it side-lying, and it's no problem. This time, we...no, actually I, decided to try it with me lying on my stomach. Wooooo BOY! We used the same amount of lube, went really slow, etc. For some reason it was just REALLY uncomfortable.

I agree - different positions might be more comfortable for different people.

We like anal sex often and usually I have no problems. We always make sure to go slow, use mega amounts of lube to reach the comfort zone before any 'action' takes place. Loosen yourself up with an anal toy/butt plug, again using a lot of lube, before your partner enters you. It can be quite stimulating if the proper precautions are used.
