? about being clean for anal

Anyone have any tips for cleaning yourself in preparation of anal? We've had anal once, and I won't say I enjoyed it, but it wasn't as bad as I expected and I think it could be something I'd like to try more to see if I could enjoy it. My H b-day is in a couple weeks and I know he wants to do it again. The first time he came inside and when I cleaned up from that, lets just say it wasn't exactly clean, and it made me feel kinda gross about it. What ways can I clean ahead of time to avoid this? Knowing I was as clean as could be I think would help get over the "bowel movement" feeling faster too. TIA

Great advice, kinky. I never use the actual enema in the bottle. I always empty it and use purified warm water as the enema or *anal douche*. It just makes you more confident and at ease, because even when you've showered before (at least for me), it still doesn't make you as confident as when you've eliminated and internally cleaned the area prior to the sex act.

Hi Talbed,
You're right about not using the mild soap or irritants that are in an enema (which can mess with the natural mucous membrane and good bacteria), this is why it's more preferred to use plain warm water only once, rather than many times to get the area clean. Some more advanced individuals will use oils like (sesame or olive) in an enema bottle to coat the colon in an attempt to replace the protective barrier that the water enema washed away. I normally resort to this method (warm water enema) when I haven't had the urge to naturally eliminate a couple of hours prior to anal. Most of the time, as you said, I let nature takes its course a couple of hours prior, and get a shower right before. I think it's same concept that applies with vaginal sex. You can't fully enjoy sex if your bladder is full because there will be too much pressure and the chance of possible leakage during intercourse. Same with anal sex, you can't be comfortable unless you feel confident that any chance for accidents to occur have been greatly lessened by certain hygeinic techniques (whether they be natural or induced).
