We do need to prepare ourselves in case it does spread, but let's hope it doesn't spread!

I haven't really been following for Europe - has there been any cases of swine flu in Germany? Turkey?

No cases here, and I hope that it remains so. We've got bird flu here and a lot of people have died, but it's not in epidemic proportions. More people have died in Mexico of swine flu recently than those who have died of bird flu here over the past few years.
