As the summer ends, what are the things that have made you happy so far this year?

What are the things or people that have made you proud?

What are you looking forward to between now and the year end?

Is there anything that you are dreading?

Has 2010 been a good year for you so far?

Yes, it is. They are looking for both a pet nurse and an assistant pet nurse, so with two openings, I have a pretty good chance, I think.

Positive vibes are continuing to be sent!

Is this with a vet?

I took my resume in and filled out an application today and the woman there did an impromptu interview with me. She said she'd be calling in people next week for a second interview, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Thanks, Poppy! I know that mobile home parks have a bad reputation with people, that they see residents as trailer trash and all that. But that is not the way it always is. Yes, DH and I ended up looking at some parks where we could easily guess which homes were meth labs. But our park is nothing like that. I'm very comfortable here and really like it. And while the park does have rules (so that it won't turn into a trailer trash park), we don't have landlords breathing down our necks. We can decorate inside in any way that we want to. And while we have lot rent, we own the home, so if we want to move it to another park or to some land somewhere, we can do that.

And thanks, too, for the good vibes for my job hunting. On Thursday I'm turning in my resume and an application at a place where I would really like to work, so please keep those vibes coming so that I can get an interview.

Why is self-introspection an indulgence for you, Suffy?

Ugh - computer making weird noises. I have to log off but will come back later! Sorry!
