from stopping the Zyprexa!!! Last night was the first night in 3 months I was on it to not have taken it. Today I am dragging around, but that I think is from lack of caffeine. I have been trying to stay away from soda, since

Hi Amanda,
I am on 60 mgs a day. I was on 10 mgs of Zyprexa at night to "help" with sleep. They didn't really work. They just made me pack on the pounds.
How are you doing lately? Did you get my e-mail? If not let me know so I can re-send it. MSN has been acting up for me today.
Have a good day!!
Love,and hugs,
Happy birthday in advance to you and your dd. I hope the party goes well!
Giving up caffeine is a bummer, huh? I was only able to do that while I was pregnant. I'll tell you how I did it, though...I substituted sugar for caffeine! My personal favorite is chocolate. That way you get the sugar rush, though I don't think it lasts as long as caffeine! :) (Just kidding there.) Good luck with that. I hope it gets easier.

Hi Kristen,
How are you doing? Thank you for the b-day wishes. I can't believe that my youngest
Have you tried the caffeine free Pepsi? It might help ease the transition. The withdrawal headaches are the worst!
I switched to decaf coffee for my entire pregnancy, and that worked okay, though I was a bit tired in the beginning. I didn't tell dh that I changed the coffee though, and he couldn't understand why he was so tired! I thought that was hysterical. I didn't tell him he had been drinking decaf until after dd was born.

Hi Kristen!!
LOL at you changing coffee and not telling DH. It sounds like something I would do. LOL I have tried, and liked caffeine free Pepsi, but they only have them in 6 packs here. It doesn't make sense to get them that way. (Love the limited selection we get here.)We are stationed in Germany BTW.
I have tried everything to get rid of the withdrawal headaches, and nothing has worked.(Except drinking caffeine) I will have to bring this up to my Pdoc when I see him next. I am so happy to hear that you are doing good. It seems like most of us here have been swinging hard, and not in a very good way.
Take care of yourself.
Hugs,
Thank you for the birthday wishes. To me it is just another day. Laura has been counting down the days!! She is funny. We walked though the BX and she was pointing out everything she wanted. I hope that you are doing well, and that you have a wonderful weekend.
Talk to you soon.
Hugs,
Happy Birthday to you and DD Cyn!!
My oldest is 13, almost 14, so talk about feeling OLD!!! LOL But he says " it's all good mom, you're still hip!" so that always makes me feel good. LOL....I don't feel hip...I feel like wth are these kids these days thinking??? Some of them need to have their heads knocked around a little bit!! LOLOL!!! (that includes my ds on any given day) Naw, seriously, he's a good kid....and so are his friends and I shouldn't complain.
I wanna come to the party and jump around in the castle!!! Those things look like loads of fun!! I just stand there and smile at kids when they are in there smiling and screaming and laughing their heads off. Ahhhh to be that young again!
I hope you both have a wonderful day.....and many more!
*birthday hugs*
Peace, Love and Healing,
~Teri~
P.S. girl, I give you credit for giving up soda and or coffee. I'm lost without my morning java and I cannot function! I feel like a tortise on seroquel without it! LOL
