I thought this Recipe looked delicious.
For myself I would leave out the salt or use a salt substitute.
Technically no mayo for me but salad dressing a lighter version could be used.
I think there is also a light mayo to.
One of the things I was told to cut back on not totally cut out but I pretty much have are sauces, gravies, and salad dressing.
Many are high in sodium and sugar.
I am becoming an avid label reader.
Cutting back also helps.
Less is more.
If you wanted pork could be substituted with chicken or turkey. Even fish I think would be delicious.
Make it your own.
