Here are 104 things that you can do in the next few days. Share with us Tuesday evening all the things that you've done!

  1. Pickup a new hobby- maybe one you've put off for years

  2. Don't be so hard on yourself- we all screw up

  3. Put a sign on your door that reads "Gone Fishing" and mean it

  4. Tell yourself I can , I will, I must

  5. Shoot for the stars, not the sun

  6. Take a hot (within reason) bubble bath

  7. Set attainable goals for yourself and your family

  8. Schedule play time into every day

  9. Practice breathing slowly
