I have found that as I have aged that my memory has grown in leaps and bounds...I only wish I knew why this has happened...Perhaps someone here can enlighten me...Along with this my eyesight has improved...I went to the Optometrist for a checkup and new glasses a year ago this December and he was amazed...I mean like wide mouthed...I passed all the tests just like that and hardly need glasses anymore...In addition to this he found that the cataracts that I had shown as growing

Not sure about the eyes but miracles happen all the time we just don't recognize them or look for scientific reasons.

As for the memory I just read an article the other day that a symptom of menopause and peri-menopause (I should probably say side effect) is that we don't learn as easily or fast as we did before.

Mine is from bypass surgery. See. they put me on the heart and lung machine during surgery. There is one side affect that bothers me to no end, pump head. You forget things more and feel stupid. But I manage to let it slide and say "pumphead." That makes it better to cope with forgetting. He! He!
