Just have lost 20 pounds. Sure was not easy. Still have about another 7 pounds I would like to get off. Going to the gym everyday sure helps.

Oh, yes! Me too! I started off on the "Losing Weight" board, was keeping a food journal and was losing about 2 pounds a week. Then I got tired and "gave up". I haven't been on a scale since then, but I know the pounds are creeping back up. Maybe I should crank up the journal again - what do you think? Do you have any plan of action for your weight loss? Maybe we need to "report in" on a daily basis?
A daily check-in would be a good idea. For example, we could check in after breakfast of lunch, and give each other ideas for dinner??

I tend to eat a lot mid day, which is when I'm the most stressed. I don't exercise everyday, like I used too, but this week has been better than the last.
What do you find are your worst times of the day??
