I went and did some healthy grocery shopping today and decided since it was getting cooler out that I needed to start looking for warmer long sleeve shirts. I have been buying a few summer things here and there once the sleeves were no longer staying on my shoulders! LOL!!! I was also able to buy new capri's a few sizes smaller over the summer and
