Last night, I made Indian Curry Shrimp for hubby. He loved it. Since I am not a curry fan, it was easy to not eat it, but when I cook yummy foods for him---it is hard to keep from sampling myself into oblivion. Hubby eats from a wider palate than I do, so I try to cook things for him that are not on my favorite list, but when our kids and grandkids visit---I end up off plan. On their last visit, I only strayed from the plan a little. On a previous visit, I was completely off plan. For the birth of our granddaughter, we will be staying with my daughter and son-in-law. It will be harder to stay on plan. Please provide some motivation and suggestions to stay on plan.

I eat in a very regimented way, so this may not work for you but, how about

A new grandbaby is a great motivation to be healthy!



You want lots of years to be a part of her life!



Like Tanya said, participate in the meal prep if you can, and provide your own healthy options if necessary.

Certainly one of our amny challenges isn't it, My family is either on the same type of plan or aware and good about making healthy foods available.
