Exercises at work

Alright ladies I need some ideas here. Despite my walking patrol 5 days a week I've still gained 3 lbs since I started this job, putting me back up at 319. Here's my problem. I'm not a morning person, I am a night owl by nature. I don't have time in the mornings before work to make it to my gym (a 20 minute drive), do a 45-60 minute workout, back home to shower and get back to work on time. At the end of my shift, I'm already tired due to my patrol so I don't go to the gym then either.
I need some ideas for cardio exercises I can do in my guardhouse prior to my patrol. But there are some limitations. I have to be able to see incoming traffic so floor exercises are out. With the problems on my left knee anything that requires jumping (such as jumping jacks, etc) is also out. I have a set of hand weights, I have a roughly 3 foot by 7 foot opening of floor space. I don't know if the counter would hold my weight so I'd prefer not to use it. I have a stable chair and a rolling computer chair.
So with that said, does anyone have any ideas for some form of cardio exercises I could do?
Misty
Could you get a stair stepper?
BTW, I was thinking of one like this, not like the kind you find in a gym -

I like the idea Liz has for the stair stepper. I was thinking of purchasing one for my office, but I just haven't gotten around to it. What about these workouts?

I like the look of those Connie! I was trying to avoid bringing any kind of equipment to work and that site is exactly what I was looking for. The stair stepper or pedal thing of the same type would be good for at home maybe before or after work and once I lose weight. Both of those machines have a 300 lb limit and I'm above 300 right now. Definitely going to keep them in mind for later though! Thanks for your ideas ladies!

I am doing ok. Nothing spectacular, ok. This is my busiest time of the year at work, so I am swamped and trying really hard to stay "on plan" for food and exercise. Sadly, though the exercise has not been constant. Stupid work just gets in the way of my plans, but without it I would be homeless. :-)
