CP Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

4 pork loin chops; cut 3/4 inch thick
1 small onion; thin sliced
1 can cream mushroom soup
3/4 cup white wine
1 can mushroom pieces, 4 ounces, drained
2 tablespoons quick tapioca; (heaping)
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme; crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Rice; hot cooked

In skillet or oven brown chops. Place browned chops in bottom of crockpot. Combine all other ingredients except rice. Pour over chops. Cover. Cook on for 10-12 hours or on High for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Yield: 4 Servings
