I walked to and from the HRC today for a 45 minute yoga class at lunch time!
I need to get back on track too! I'm energized and want to be outside in the gorgeous weather we are having (lol)!
I walked to the mail box yesterday afternoon (3/10 mile one way)--okay not too far but at least I walked (lol)!
Last night for supper I made chicken/seafood gumbo w/okra, tomatoes, onion and fresh garlic--I passed on the white rice. Getting back into the routine of eating lighter, healthier fare!
Water is always my first choice of beverage!
