Well, I had my physical therapy appointment today with the obstetric PT. I am not shocked to find out that my right side of my pelvis is completely out of whack. He popped it back into place, but said that it will continue to pop out during the day. I am to do special stretches twice daily, and ice the area for 15 minutes at night while lying in the fetal position. He also told me I need to roll out of bed like a log, and when picking my toddler up, keep my back straight like I am doing squats. This isn't easy mind you! Ugh! He did say that it will get worse, but these things may help. Oh well! All for a healthy baby!!
