Very Blah.

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted in awhile but have been lurking. It seems like there are many new faces on here... nice to read everyone's stories. I've been taking a break since June/July 2010 and hopefully will be ready to start again in December for our 4th IUI. I work with a sweet girl who just did IVF due to hubby's counts. She brought in her + HPT's for everyone to see (she just had her first beta today but they didn't call her yet). Even though she's gone through a lot, I still couldn't help but be jealous. I want it to be MY time. I'm tired of seeing everyone (i work at a day care and there are thousands of pregnant moms) with big bellies and complaining that there baby gets up at night. Just feeling really down lately. Mostly because I hate being in limbo. I'm trying to lose weight (at least 3o pounds) before we start trying IUI's again. We're going to do 2 more IUI's before IVF. Wondering if the weather change is affecting my mood. :(

((HUGS)) It's hard to always be happy for everyone, even if they struggled too.

I know about the sorrow of seeing pregnant women. My trip to Disney was nice but there was TONS of kids and I even saw a woman wearing a disney shirt referencing her pregnancy. It is a big blow. I hold on to the fact that it will happen soon but my impatience is starting to show through again.

Sorry you're in the dumps a bit - I know how frustrating it is to be going through that. Two of my colleagues had babies last year and one is already pg again. Another just had a grandson arrive last week and brought him in with her daughter to show him off. Very cute, but still difficult to see the joy that I would so like to have myself.
I hope one of the next cycles is your BFP - I'm just getting ready to start an IVF cycle for November and I think I'm in a bit of shock that it's come to this. I just keep trying to stay positive and hope that the next thing will work. I'm sure one of your "next thing"s will be the right thing for you.

~ TTC since 2007
~ BFP May 2009 after 2nd cycle of clomid

~ #2 on the way(!) and due 06-06-13.

I am sorry you are having a blah day. It is hard seeing pregnant women. It is a constant reminder of what we don't have and so badly want. I hope that your next IUI does the trick for you.
