Hello, hello! My name is Alicia and I am mom to my sweet Joshua (5 yo) and wife to Doug (10 yrs). I write an only child blog (http://www.only-child-option.com) and I have been surprised there weren't more websites dedicated to the subject. Now I know why - everyone is on the discussion boards and forums! LOL ;D
A little more about me - Joshua is my only child by choice. We tried to have a second child when Joshua was 18 months, but lost the baby 18 weeks into the pregnancy. About a year later, we decided to officially limit our family to 3 and DH got "fixed." Ha!
I work part time in pharmaceutical quality assurance and get off work in time to pick Joshua up after school. I have a retail website (http://www.BeadedRoyalty.com) and I design websites for others (http://www.Valentine-Web-Creations.com) in my spare time.
I am so glad to have found you all. This appears to be a very active forum and I look forward to "meeting" each of you!

Welcome! I'm Mel (28) and married to my hubby Mike (34) for 8 1/2 years now. Our son is Gabriel and he'll be 4 in December. We live in Southeastern Wisconsin. I'm currently in school full time to be an RN.
