Well, my crash into depression seems to have stabilized a little (into a milder depression) at least for
Hey Sue...I'm glad you're starting to feel better! A good swift kick in the pants always helps too! Continue journaling, its been a lifesaver for me lately...and think positively too!

Thanks Keli, I hate that swift kick in the pants because it usually comes with the instructions to look honestly at myself - the good (my assets), the "bad" (my character defects/shortcomings), and the ugly (the character defects I REALLY don't want to admit to), but you are right, it works.
Thanks for starting the Tuesday 20 things and Goals for Today posts - they were great exercises, particularly right before bedtime so I go to bed in a much better mood than I have been. I'm with ya on this one!!
