I'm sorry about there being no more meds. I read on another sight about a new drug that's coming out. If I can find the post again I'll post it here for you.
Sometimes it's hard for me to remember that stuff that effects "Normies" can effect me...like being tired. You get some rest tonight!
I'm glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. I hope that you can adjust the meds so they might become effective again, or find a brand new one. I have that fear about taking meds for the rest of my life - that they stop working, that there are some long term effects that I don't know about, that nothing works. I hope that something works for you.
I totally agree with the importance of meditation. I have never been good at it. I have problems visualizing and actually seeing it, not just thinking about it, but I have found with practice that it's getting better. No matter what phase I'm in and how I feel I try to do this every day.
I have also heard about Vit B and D for depression, especially in the winter because of the lack of sun. Personally I have been taking Vit B for anxiety for years.
I just wanted to say thanks for sharing that wonderful advice.
Right now I am using one for anxiety that involves visualizing a stormy beach and making it calm. It's tough to really see it but it is getting better every time and the power I can feel running through me is amazing.
Keli,
I'm so glad you're feeling some better.

Amanda,
I often have trouble with the visualizations when I'm really upset or out of practice.
I know meditation and use to use it. I still suggest it for other people. I guess it's time to practise what I preach. Thanks for the reminder!
