Marci,

Definately time to get back on the meds. I know that hypomania can be awesome but if you're anything like me you'll probably end up in a "bad" mania eventually. If you have a watch or phone that has an alarm it's time to set it. I just got a pill box with 4 spots a day so I will remember to take them or at least I will know if I forgot lol. It is really cool. It has a stand and 7 individual pill boxes so I don't have to carry around a week's worth, just one day at a time.

I'll nag ya if you want

hugs,

Amanda/Schitz

I won't give you a hard time about the meds, even though you should know better. :) I just wanted to tell you that my fingers, toes, arms and legs are crossed hoping you get what you want! By the way, it was very difficult to type this with my arms and fingers crossed!!!! LOL Amanda

(((marci))) i'm the absolute last person to give grief over forgetting meds, so all i will say to that is do your absolute best to remember, set alarms if need be (thats what tdoc has me do and seems to be helping).

Maci,

Shame Shame Shame...I NEVER forget my medicine LOL. It's actually my worst habit. I have an alarm thingy and got so used to it going off I started to ignore it. I have one of those pill boxes (my dh gave it to me as a stocking stuffer 2 years ago)(I think it was in self defense) like Amanda/S has. It's a big help. Now my dh calls me in the morning to take my morning meds. He reminds me in the evening to take my evening meds and the spy sweeper goes off at 8pm for me to take my night time meds. I can never remember them without help.

I'm sorry you're a little hypomanic right now and you've been spending. That's a nasty symptom that just creeps up on you. Not a nice suprise. I'm sending you hugs and good thoughts.

Love,

Jamie
