Hello ladies!
I fainted at work (embarrassing) Thrusday and got rushed to the ER by ambulance in front of everyone. To make matters worse I fainted right on the site manager-she had to catch me! Eeeep! My blood pressure when I got there was 113 over 44. They think it was one of my meds but they weren't sure.
I saw my RE (reproductive endocrinologist) yesterday. I have to have surgery on Feb. 21st-laproscopy and D and C. Then on to IUI. Meanwhile half the office is pregnant or just had a baby, and I have been trying for nearly 3 years with nothing at all. ZIP!
It's sooo painful and frustrating. I feel like the only person on the planet that can't conceive and I'll be 34 this year so time is running out. It makes me feel like less of a woman. Which is of course triggering some depression and sleeplessness. But I am at least seeing the best RE in Virginia. He has the highest stats and the most experience. Over 22 years.
Sorry to ramble on like this, off the subject. I am just sooo jealous of all those fertile people! When will it be my turn!
OK-I'll quit moaning and groaning now!
Jodie

Hey Jodie...honey, many hugs to you!
Hi Jodie,
You didn't say if you were okay now. Did they ever figure out what was wrong for sure? Keep us posted on how your doing.
How is your infertility off topic? It effects you emotionally. You keep posting what ever you need to! I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with fertility. I can only imagine how you feel. I'm glad you're getting all "cleaned out" in Feb. That might help alot. I'm also happy to hear you have such a great REdoc. He'll figure out what's going on. I have hope. Keep us posted.
Love,
Jamie
Love,
Hi Jodie. Sorry to hear about the incident with the fainting, but I'm glad you're all right.
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble conceiving. I'm 33 also, and dh and I will be ttc next month as well. Try to ignore that biological clock, okay? You're not running out of time. I wish you all the best luck in the world with your IUI, and I hope it is successful on your first round.
I had a laparoscopy and D&C when I was 21, and for me it was no big deal. Hopefully you'll breeze through that too.
Many positive vibes coming your way,
Kristen
Jodie,
I hope they nip that fainting stuff in the bud, BTDT, it can be scary (and embarassing) --not to mention hard on whatever part of you hits ground first.
