My visualisation of healing

Hi,
I have been trying to find a visualisation of how I handle this. NC suggested it and I really liked the idea. This came to me last night- and helped me through another hard day ...

I'll just post to myself :) Im having my own brain storming session:)) So another visualisation from last night (Im loving these).
The whole A is like a Merry-Go-Round. I think you guys call them Carousel's?
I see a beautiful Merry-Go-Round. It looks bright and fun. I remember these from so long ago. Id love to hop on. The owner welcomes me smiling- Im his only customer. He helps me on a beautiful
Ok so noone is commenting on my post :(
Its either too long, too wierd or I have slipped over the fence and completely indulging in my insanity now.

I really like the Merry-go-round visualization.
I'm kinda staring at the Merry-go-round lately. Gotta remember it was not all that great.
I am kinda lucky. My phone broke and the cell company was unable to transfer any of my old contact information from the phone to my new one. So even if I wanted I couldn't call or text, I do not have the number. It slows down the impulse of Merry-go-round jumping.
Thanks Julia
Yeah I keep looking at it thinking how fun it was when I first hopped on last time.
I envy your ph situation. I fished last week (broke NC and felt like crap for it) but he responded.
The temptation to do so again is intense, but
An amazing visualization - I think many times we stay on the ride so long because I mean, after all it's not "that" horrific, but what we don't realize is that just down the way if we are willing to walk there - through a valley or two full of tears and trials, there is an amazing carousel with a sign that says "this is a self-service ride - keys are in the ignition. Drinks are in the cooler, help yourself - if the horse gets stuck, hop off and make a few adjustments - sometimes it gets stuck but by pulling the reigns a little or oiling it, it'll be right as rain. - Enjoy your time." We get so caught up in having someone serve us - that we don't realize that by doing it ourself - it's done faster, more in our own timeline and we find great success in learning to cope with change and crisis and feel empowered for doing it ourselves. Thanks for the great thought.
Wow, Im_getting_stronger, those posts are awesome. You made me cry with it, because it was very real and very true. Are you a writer?
I am going to copy and past those posts and put them in my special folder in my email box. If you visualize more, please write it down for us!!!
Hugs

Hi Iggy :)
Your visualizations are a great idea. They're right up my non-traditional alley! I haven't had a lot of time to post lately. Don't feel bad if people don't respond - there are a lot of people around here that just lurk and read.
Keep it up - and also visualize yourself in very happy places - that have nothing to do with ending the A. You are the author of your future.

I loved your visualizations. I'm sorry I didn't read them sooner. You have quite a vivid imagination and are very articulate
