Does therapy (talk) really help?...

Not trying to start a debate, but I am supposed to looking up therapists on my insurance, except my insurance does not cover this. They only cover 50% of appt with pdoc. I will go broke if I have to pay out of pocket for the therapy too. I am a sahm, so I would also need to pay a babysitter for this time, for three kids it is not cheap. Plus, I have a hard time telling a doctor what is going on at all, I am not sure I can "do" therapy.

For me talk therapy helps, it really is great to get stuff off of my chest but I also tend to walk out thinking about things in a different way. It gets my mind working in a good way. I used to see my family practiciner *spelling* for meds but I came to the point where as much as I like her I think I was beyond her skills to help me.
I'm surprised your ins. co doesn't even cover therapy w/ a tdoc. I had a list to choose from which stunk but I did manage to find 2 good providers and the lady I am seeing now is
