My 5 positive things are:
1. I have a relationship with God
2. I have my Family...My mom, sister and my precious dd
3. I have friends...Terry and Keli and my bf Billy
4. I have a roof over my head
5. I have a car to drive even though it is my bf's

1. I have the most wonderful husband in the world! *I know I am biased hehe*
2. I have more energy lately
3. Journaling and posting here is helping me get my thoughts together a bit
4. My house is almost paid off YAY!
5. My boss at work has been very understanding so I would have to say I have a good boss!
Here's mine:

1. I'm on vacation
2. My nails have been done
3. My younger DD and my older DD
4. Money situation is stable
5. My therapist and I are getting into some REAL stuff

2. Meds from pdoc are helping.
3. My kids and family
4. I have gotten some homework done this week and am not behind.
5. With feeling better, I am able to function better and get some things done.
Bonus 6. Dh was happy with me last night for cleaning out his garage spot.
Great idea!
1. my musical ability...at the very least the passion for it
2. overcoming my fear and anxiety and taking the bus to Toronto and taking the subway to my aunts...i guess that's challenging my fears
3. my creativity...sometimes
4. my mind...mathematical, logical... "i don't MEAN to be pedantic, but..." (a little irony there.) My aunt would say "your brain is showing"
5. friends, especially Carol Anne
I know this msg is a little old, but being grateful is never out of style.
1. I have the sweetest toddler I've ever heard of.
2. I've got another one on the way -- and I can't wait!
3. My marriage is going better than it EVER has.
4. My health challenges and BP are working themselves out and are easier to handle.
5. I made a new friend today. :)
:) I hope this is something I can remember to do everyday...especially when I'm depressed.
