I hope the new meds do the trick. I also hope the SEs aren't bad. Everyone always seems to think "new meds yay, these will help you" but forget the SEs. With the pdoc about to change my meds I think of when i started these and during the increases and I just can't stand the thought of the hell my body went through in getting used to them...especially not going into exam period. Therefore, may I wish you no side effects whatsoever. ;)
Good luck with the PMS I read that calcium helps. I used to take black cohosh...although that might have an interaction. And as much as many people want to smack me for this (I want to smack myself), keep (or get) exercising. Yoga is always good. Helps with the mental and physical aspects and is less likely to make you feel you are dying from exertion...although it could.
