Call them back and go psycho on them. Get a manager. This is unacceptable.

Deep breaths and stay calm. Call the utility companies and explain that there was an unauthorized charge on your checking account and it is frozen until you can track down what happened. Ask them for a week or two so that you can get things straightened out. They will most likely be more then happy to make arrangements with you as long as you are communicating with them and you aren't asking for 2 or 3 months.

You'll be ok. I am fighting with my cable company right now because they are stating that my $100 payment wasn't made last month. :( If it wasn't for money troubles, both of our lives would be SO much easier!!!

Sorry I had to go - hate when work interferes with my personal life LOL!

Just remember to channel my crabbiness when you make that call and you'll do fine. Just don't take too much of it or I'll start being nice - and then no one will know who I am except my sweety - makes me so sappy I could gag. LOL!

AOL is the most horrible provider on earth. I am so sorry you ever did business with them.

You are going to have to do some more fighting to get the rest of your money back, but you probably won't get it.

They have a 60 day dispute clause in their contract. You get refunded for those 2 months at a certain rate and that is it. They don't show the payment hitting your account yet but will issue a credit for $47.89 or something like that when it does. I hate AOL.

File complaints, call back and complain, do everything you can for the rest of the money. Also, call tomorrow to verify the credit has been processed.

Call and let me know what pdoc said.

Bah, quit thanking me :) I enjoyed chewing the measley little aol supervisor guy out - especially after he interrupted me mid-sentence to tell me what superior customer service they offer ROFL!! ERROR!

I'm glad your mood is slowly improving. I still think you need NEED to get off the cymbalta. Yes, it saved your life at one point but I think it is what is messing you up so much lately. Talk to pdoc and see about weaning off of it and if you need onto something else.

I am just sick, keep wondering how I am going to sleep tonight. Hate this. I have finally admitted that I am not falling, but have fallen completely. Blah, it isn't right.
