Nice to see you back. HOw are you feeling? I'm sure I missed it when I was away, but how did the surgery go? How are things now? Missed you!
Amanda

Surgery was uneventful but lasted 5 hrs. the only prob. now is staph infection which is driving me crazy. i have 2 nurses that come in and clean it every day and thats no fun cause it hurts like the dickens while they do it. been depressed lately and i see im not alone in that. it seems to be making its rounds on the board! basically nothing has changed for me on the BP front. i know it sounds ridiculous, but i was hoping having the surgery would mske me feel better i still have pain, besides the healing pains, they feel like cramps which totally freaks me out cause i have NO plumming so whats the deal with that? nurse said its not uncommon ( i hope that crap goes away after a while)
i know i sound like a real downer and i don't mean to! i just don't want to end up in hospital which might happen.
ok, enough of that! you took those pics with a throw away camera? thats amazing. imagine if you had ALL the fancy equipment u needed, you'd blow them away! you should be very very proud of yourself! are you going to post the other ones? i vaguely remember something about time left on your web site? are going to continue posting pics? Wow, so many questions.
you made me feel very special when you posted you missed me. everybody should feel special at least one time a day. i want to thank you!
valerie
I'm glad I could make you feel special, I meant it! *hugs*
I took those pictures with a crappy digital camera. And I do have better equipment. I have 2 manual 35mm, 2 digital, an auto 35mm and a polaroid! (and that's with giving 2 cameras away and thowing out my old 110 because I forgot the batteries in it...actually i think it was that camera that won me the photo contest.) If you have been to my photobucket page, the school photos were also taken with my cheap digital camera. I have more that I took with the canon FT but haven't scanned them either.
I do hope to post more pics and fix up the last bunch that I never even resized or rotated. I have 120 more art pics from the Met. Much of that is for my own artistic inspiration.
I hope that your infection heals quickly and the pain disappears. I also hope the depression lifts (that goes for all of us I guess).
Love,
Amanda
