Sorry to hear you're so depressed and upset right now. I don't really have an advice but wanted to say I love you.

Hugs,

Keli,

Setting boundaries is VERY important (even for non-BP people!) Think about the 'safety' speach when you fly on a commerical airplane... in case of emergency, place your own oxygen mask on first, before you attempt to help others... I think that is true of everything in life... if you don't take care of yourself, your help to others will be compromised to say the least. If you really want to help someone, you have to be in good shape yourself first. Don't feel bad about setting boundaries, take care of you! People who love you will still love you and should understand.

Good Luck and positive thoughts!

Keli,

I have boundary issues as well - particularly with my mother.

Keli,

A definitely AGREE you need to set some boundaries with your parents--I know it's NOT easy and it's something I still struggle with, but in the long run you are so much better off.
