Just wanted to say hi. I'm new to the board and new to the topic, as I only recently started to suspect that I am bi-polar. Having done some reading, I am realizing more and more that I am a classic case, so apparently I have some work to do. I don't want this, but I'm glad I know what it is now, because it has been wreaking havoc in my life.
I'm also pretty new to message boards in general (glad I found this one) so please forgive silly questions or mistakes :)
Cheers
Anne

Anne, welcome to the board! there is no such thing as a silly question, not here. i'm sure you'll meet all of the wonderful women on this board shortly. they all have a different voice here and all are treasured. i'm sure by adding your voice to our choir will make it all the more special. so post when u want , ask all the "silly" questions you want, we're all here to help. and believe me there ain't NOTHIN that you've done that someone here has not experienced too! lolol!!

I was scared at first, I don't want this, and there's such a stigma. But then I thought at least now I know what it is, and can deal with it. I was becoming very hopeless, so many things wrong and not knowing why. Now it all makes sense. I am feeling a little intimidated by what I have to deal with now, but also very hopeful, because maybe I can finally feel better. It seems like there is a great support group here too, and for that I am grateful. Thanks again.
Cheers

Welcome (((Anne))) You will definately find a warm place to call home here...even if we all come and go or are unable to post due to our moods. That is why I have nothing better to say, but am really trying to keep posting even if I feel bad.
Welcome again, post whatever whenever you want.
Amanda
Anne,
Welcome.
Anne,
I'm glad you found us--this is a great group of ladies (and one male @ present, I believe) and while none of us are doctors, we're definitely experts in our own way.
