We are meeting at a local Ryan's Buffet for DD's goodbye dinner before she heads out to college.

I also hope your dd has a good evening despite all that is going on now within the family. What day does she actually start? How are you doing with that?

(((((((((((Marci))))))))))) I truly hope all goes well and that you are able to attend your DD's dinner. I'm glad to hear the manager will take action if your sister shows up. I understand your situation as I grew up with the knowledge of my dad's family and how his mom (up until her last 2 years) treated all of us.

Sending positive vibes to you and your family for an enjoyable and peaceful dinner. If you need, you can always jot me an e-mail. I should be around most of the day!

Hugs,

We're heading out on Wed the 17th, as early in the AM as possible, after gettimg her stuff packed into my friend's SUV (we decided it would be safer to take the time to pack in the AM than leave it in the car overnight).

How did it go? (Not sure what time zone you are in, but it is past dinner time here). My fingers are crossed that it went well.

I'm very happy to report my evil sister did not show her face at the dinner; of course, she refused to let my niece come either--but as my daughter says, Brittany is getting more & more like her mother everyday--and that's not a compliment.

(((((((((Marci)))))))))) I'm so glad to hear that the dinner went so well and that the sister didn't show up. Your nephew sounds like a doll! My dd's half-brother that she just met last month is 4 and is about as nuts about t-ball as your nephew is about soccer. It's so cute:)
