I was on Cymbalta for over a year. It worked well for me. I'd love to go back on it too. For some reason, Pdoc took me off it, saying it was causing me to cycle.
It worked quickly, in about a week or less. I started at 30 mgs, and went up to 60 mgs, which is the recommeded dosage. If I ever have my choice of a/d's again, it worked the best ever, with little side effects, that I remember.
NOW, it DOES have some discontinuation syndrome associated with it, a little like Effexor, but NOTHING to the extreme of Effexor. So, keep that in mind.

If you need help with your depression, go for it.

Thanks. The doctor started me on it Monday. She said it might even help with my physical aches and pains.
