5 things I can do for me 1. I can drink my water 2. I can get off my butt and exercise 3. I can take my meds w/o fail 4. I can study everyday 5. I can stay on program with WW to the letter
5 things I am thankful for 1. that DD didnt hit anyone at school this week 2. that my children are very intelligent 3. that they love to read 4. that I have such a wonderful husband 5. that I was able to get on meds

1. I have a beautiful daughter
2. I do have people that love me even if they don't completley understand
3. I have a car
4. I have a roof over my head
5. I have alovely little dog named Molly
ok..stop posting and making this go down farther !!
God could not be everywhere, so
5 good things -
1) my wonderful children
2) my dh.
3) my extended family even when they do get on my nerves
4) the fact my weight is now stable
5) my computer ;)
5 things I can do for myself
1) do my crafts tonite - getting ready to set up for a sale next weekend
2) watch amazing race
3) get a shower and shave I always feel better
4) take my meds
5) smile
back from tdoc......assuming the front lean and rest position ma'am:)........
5 things that are good in my life:
1. my kids - as nuts as their schedules make me i'd be lost without them.
2. a fantastic tdoc
3. an oh so very patient pdoc.
4. my alanon friends & definitely my sponsor!
5. my job.......at least i think it's still my job.
5 things that i can do for myself:
1. swallow my pride and continue w/ tdoc and pdoc who are both working pro bono right now.
2. go to my alanon meeting TONIGHT without fail!
3. call pdoc tomorrow and talk to him directly about the meds. his assistant confused me today.
4. call dss and set up an appointment with child support enforcement. i found out they have a rep in town once or twice a week.
5. my homework........i've gotten behind with this latest episode. UGH!
