Okay, so that's what you have to do then, right??? NO MORE DRINKING and you WILL take the Xanax only as rxed! I know that's hard to do sometimes, but you, my dearest, have no other option.

Now, I'm SOOOOOOO freaking proud of you. You did three things yesterday that make me proud.

1. You went prepared to go i/p. You knew it was time for some real help.

2. You talked to Billy and set him straight.

3. You talked with your sister about your mom and laughed.

That's what I want to hear. You are beginning to take control of your life again. That's what that means. Do you realize that, Tina? Its a start. And the rest of your life has to begin SOMEWHERE.

You can and will do this and I'm behind you a million percent. I am going to email you my phone numbers again, in case you don't have them. Please do not feel like you can't call me. Okay?

You are doing an amazing job. And it will get easier every day.

Love you.

Hi Tina,

I am proud of you too. You really took the steps you needed to help get you back to where you want to be.
I am happy that your pdoc increased your meds. I hope that the talk with Billy, and sharing memories with your sister are only the beginning of a new chapter in your life.
