and no school. My boys have a 4 day weekend and dh a 3 day weekend. My ds, 6, has an intake today for a new dr and consellor. The hospital dr and counsellor did not keep him as a patient, wonderful state pay :). I also have a drs appt. We will be at the drs office for 3 hrs. So much fun with a 6 yo. My 500 mg of depokote is helping so much, except for mild paranoia - never had much of that before. My mood is pretty stable - mild mania. Some word losing, same as son. My son is on abilify and doing good also. We are down to 2-3 fits(rages) a week. However, he has the word losing (very mild) and has had a pee accident over the weekend. To boot the accident was while he was spending the night at a friends house. He was embarrassed, but he was waiting to use the restroom.

I think the dr is going to want to up my meds - noooooooooooooo, I dont mind the mild mania better than the full mania and I still have energy. Dont know if I should mention the paranoia.

((((((jen))))))) i agree with donna. be honest w/ pdoc about the paranoia! right now i'm alternating between 750 and 1000 mgs of depakote a night. pdoc wants me eventually to go back to just 750 but knows everything that's going on right now and knows i probably need the extra. gee, maybe he knows me too well? ;)

anyway, take it one step at a time today. and be honest with your doc. i have to see mine today and have A LOT to account for after a very rough few days. oh well, progress not perfection. Ugh!
