Hi Alice

I'm sorry you had to experience that from this lowlife, because that is exactly what he is. This man (who is not really worthy of being called that) said what he did because your NC approach has bruised his ego, in a BIG way. Whatever you do, do not respond, he is waiting for you to retaliate, he needs an ego feed, the purpose of his email is to confirm to himself that he can affect you, he still has that power over you, what other reason would he have for sending that email? Think about it Alice.

Not responding would be the ultimate revenge. Your silence will speak volumes, it would be telling him that he is not even worth a minute of your time, and that you don't give a @#$% in what he has to say. OUCH! that would have to hurt such an insecure man, and he deserves that, you would be mad to miss that opportunity.

Alice - the ball is in your court, crush his ego even further, he is obviously an insecure man, hit him where it hurts, bruise him more, punch him more by not responding, by being silent. I beg you please do not respond.

I'm sorry to sound so aggressive in this post,

Alice,

Vanessa is right, and for a newbie, I am very impressed by what she wrote. Remember. "Silence is eloquent, Silence is dignified, Silence is heard." You DO nothing. Remember the 48 rule and in this case....make it the FOREVER rule.

Be where you are; otherwise you will miss your life. ~ Buddha
