Hi Keli!!

Thank you for thinking of us. The girls had a 4 day weekend this week. Today is their last day home.(Thank God) I love my babies, but with everything that has to be done before my in-laws get here I don't want them under my feet. Sounds bad I know, but still...

Laura has done well this weekend. I am waiting to see if she has a repeat of last week this week. I hope not, but if she does we know where the problems are coming from. Jackie has started to develop the pre-teen attitude of late. She is only 9, but her doctor tells me she can start puberty at any time. Lovely thought huh? Rick and I had a small disagreement last night. I told him that while I won't tell Rick's parents they can't bring Dakota (His adopted younger brother) to the house, I really don't want him here. Dakota is 6, and does not know the meaning of the words leave things alone. He wrecks almost everything he touches, and I am too much of a control freak to have him around my stuff. Rick replied "he is my little brother and I want him here." I told him fine that whatever gets ruined is his fault.

Hey Cyn! How's housecleaning coming???? Good luck this weekend...Its gonna be a bit rough, huh? You can get through it, though...just take it as slowly and easily as you can!

I'm glad Laura is doing better this week.

I'm hanging in there. Went back on Lithium...ugh, but I really needed it. My cycling had gotten/is out of control. I'm really tired today, didn't sleep well last night, so i'm irritable and want to go to bed, but I don't think I'm down...just tired is all.

Better run for a bit and do some work.

Hang in there, and keep us posted....come scream if you need to!

Love ya,

k.

Hi Keli,

I got a reprieve from the in-laws this weekend. They are looking to come down some time the end of this month. Bad news, Rick will be in the field so I will be on my own. I went and saw the new rheumatologist yesterday. I like him. He started me on immunosuppressive therapy to help control the RA. He also put me Fosamax to help combat the damage caused to my bones from taking Prednisone for as long as I have. I was jumping for joy and

I've had cobwebs in my head for 2 days straight now...ugh.

Caffeine helps a bit, but not a whole heck of a lot!

My fibro is trying 2 kick my butt this week too...my knees are bad today, as is my neck and shoulders and ankles...not fun.

I'm glad you went to the Rheumy yesterday, now get your butt in gear and make that pdoc appt!!!

Give Laura a hug from me, k?

Love and Hugs!!!

Hi Keli,

You have what I lovingly call "fibro-fog" I get it all the time. I watched Laura play at recess today. All she did was swing. The whole time she was at recess. Can't they see that is a solitary thing to do?
