First of all, you have to calm down...you have to breathe and you have to let the anger subside...then we have to figure this out together. I know exactly what you mean about living paycheck to paycheck. My monthly paycheck doesn't make it month to month. So, I feel you on that one. It sucks, bad. Its okay to be angry, but you can't let it take over and cause you to really set back. You can't let it cause you an episode, or should I say, MORE of an episode.
You are pmsing right now, and with the Lamictal not working, everything is 1000 times worse. Try to keep that in mind. Yes, it does really suck, all of it. I'm not saying that it doesn't. The engine needing to be rebuilt, all of it. But there are good things to focus on too.
1. You have an engine to rebuild. 2. You KNOW now that the Lamictal isn't working--you can take steps now to make it work. Its more important to get stable than to be on b/c, really, i promise that it is!!! :) 3. DS is getting out of d/c, one less expense, and he will be less sick.
There are probably more, if you think of them. I know its difficult. But you HAVE to try. Negativity will most DEFINITELY make your mood MUCH MUCH worse. BTDT so many many times.
I know you don't want to hear any of this right now. But come back later and re-read the post.
I care about you, my friend...and I am so there with you. We're a LOT alike, in a LOT of ways...just know you aren't alone, okay?
(((((((((((((((((donna)))))))))))))))))) i'm right there with keli hon! calming down is the first and probably most critical step right now. and i can relate to a good many of your issues that you ticked off just now. you have every right in the world (and then some) to be pissed. but you do have to keep the positives in mind to help balance you out.
the engine thing just totally sucks - there's no 2 ways about it, but you at least know and are having the problem resolved. the paycheck to paycheck thing.....have been doing it for the past 16 years and continue to do it and it sucks. i got paid on the 15th, and it's gone and i've got a near

I know I know...we are a lot alike and I knew you would understand (not that no one else does).
God could not be everywhere, so
