How are you today, honey? Any better?

I'm really sorry you are suffering right now. I wish I could make it all better for you. Are you seeing a Rheumatologist for your pain issues? That is probably the next step, if you haven't gotten one already.

Hang in there, and remember we care and are here for you!

Love and Hugs,

Keli

Thanks for asking. I am feeling OK right now, but I already took meds this morning for the pain. I do not have a rheumatologist yet and honestly, really don't want one. I take so many meds already. I may go in and talk to my gp about it if it continues. I went through a ton of testing etc last year and ruled out everything, so it has to be fibro, so I am trying to just manage it myself. I do have some good days. The past couple weeks has been the worse it has been.

How are you doing today?

Sorry to jump in here, just thought that I would give you one tiny piece of advice.
If all you have is fibro the treatment will be the same whether it comes from a

Thanks. I have been avoiding going to a rhuemy for those reasons. I have started swimming. I have an rx for some pain meds and muscle relaxants that I take as needed and I am on cymbalta which is an ad with some pain management qualities, so I think I am doing what I can. Like you said some days I am OK others not so much. Yesterday, I could not even push the stroller. I got very frustrated and vented.

Thanks for adding your two cents. I need the support right now.
