hypomania? I did not sleep much last night, just felt wired. Today I have been cleaning non stop. I mean everything in my house, walls included. Just feel jittery and not wanting to sit.

The bad mania is here too. I just got down yelling at my oldest. I HATE when he thinks he is so smart and gives me attitude.

Hey honey...yep, sounds like the hypo bug bit you...sometimes its a bit of a relief, but when it gets BAD, its not any fun...try to get as much rest as you can, if you have ativan, or seroquel, take it...anything to calm you down some...if it goes on much longer, call pdoc...you know the drill.

We're here for you! Come here and write, yell, scream, whatever!

Love you,

Keli

Those would definitely be signals for me--especially the cleaning, it's about the only time it gets done-LOL!

But as far as yelling at the kids--not necessarily so--they know how to get on our last nerve and that's always a parental perogitive (if not excessive).

I don't realise it until my hubby says something like "Gee Deb, why wash dishes when we can eat off the floor?!" I go into cleaning sprees and cannot stop. Period. Even then I can't get anything done because I am distracted so easily that I go from one thing to the next.
