(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) HUGE ONES TOO. i know how & wha you are feeling.i am (finally ) being successfully treated for my bipolar & it was a long hard road.i was the poster child for postpartum depression as well & i also suffered from epilepsy. (nor at the time did i even drive at all...my ob was hours away!so was my GP!)unfortunately for me none of these issues or whatever you want to call them were ever addressed & only by the grace of whatever Guardian Angels were assigned to me did i get through them without seroius injury to me or my children.you wouldn't even beleive the stories.they were so bizarre even doctors thought i made them up. anyway.i must admit that it's a little easier for me as i'm throught having children & nursing babies & i am at an age where i do not mind having to take meds for the rest of my life(except for the financial strain of course).i just want you to know that i DO know how & what you are going through & i am very glad for you that you are getting the proper help NOW when you need it. it is tough now, when your hormones are going berserk to get stable, but i promise...you will.
reading your post and the replies you've received helps me make some sense of things from each of my pregnancies. and donna is so right. your youngest right now is only 3 wks old, that's not a long time. you have to cut yourself some slack. giving birth causes a lot of chaos within our bodies and it takes time to settle back down to that "dull roar" bp'ers have grown so accustomed to.
i hope you got in touch with your pdoc though. you may need a med adjustment. also call your tdoc. if it's been as long as it sounds, you are probably due for a good session or two.
hang in there and post often. it does help. and we will be here to help you through as best we can.
